Nowadays, it is very important to thoroughly clean crates. That is why we supply various models of washers for static water germination, ebb and flow systems, potting soil germination and export crates. The machines are made from aluminium or RVS. They can be incorporated in warm or hot water systems.

Since 2000, Smit Constructie has supplied a variety of models that have been tailored specifically to certain target groups or clients' needs.

The standard bulb box washer that we supply accommodates bulb boxes with the following dimensions: 75 x 50 cm and 60 x 40 cm.

Crate Washer / Crate Cleaner / Bulb Box Washer / Tray Washer

Smit Constructie B.V. also supplies crate cleaners (basic versions and also versions adapted to your requirements). The crate cleaner is made from aluminium and RVS and made specifically for adding disinfectant products. It is resistant to all additives and disinfectants.

Various versions of our crate washers are fitted with filter systems. This allows cleaning water to be reused and saves considerable amounts of water.

Container cleaning/rail washing system

The container rail washing system gives you a good way of making a clean start before the next germination cycle.

The installation is driven by a PLC controller. It is very important that containers with closed bases (ebb/flow) are fully cleaned and disinfected. The container rail washing system is a good solution for this!

The machines are specifically built for clients and are manufactured to meet individual requirements and the available space.
